Budget day protests will break out across Britain tomorrow in opposition to the Chancellor’s latest giveaway to “entrepreneurs.”
Protests are being planned outside the Treasury in London, in Bournemouth city centre, at Birmingham’s local government offices and in Glasgow.
Members of anti-cuts groups including the Coalition of Resistance and Right to Work will picket Trafalgar Square calling on Chancellor Osborne not to implement cuts.
Mass local protests are also being organised by Bournemouth & Poole Anti-Cuts Coalition.
However Mr Osborne looks likely to heed big business and small business calls to “create a country fit for entrepreneurs.”
While the Chancellor is expected to extend a national insurance contributions break to include new businesses, it’s widely expected that the Chancellor will announce a measly £300m “pro-growth” package to fund 50,000 new apprenticeships for the young people struggling to find work.
